Welcome to visit the website of Taipei Medical University School of Health Care Administration. Our school was established in 1998 when the undergraduate program was inaugurated. In 2000, our master program was kick started. With the growing need of health care executives, the EMBA program was also approved by the Ministry of Education and launched in 2001. In 2009, the School had its first class of the International Health Care Administration Master Program. Within ten years, our School has become full fledged and well positioned in international education.
Taipei Medical University has been ranked by several sources to be within top 400 universities in the world and top 100 in Asia. As the University gains its international recognition, the School also strives to stay competitive globally. Our curriculum will equip our students with state of the art knowledge and skills in health care management. Taipei Medical University System owns three tertiary care hospitals and a total of over 3,000 beds that can provide our students with ample opportunities of hands-on practices. In addition to the rigorous in class curriculum, all graduate students are also required to participate in domestic and oversea practicum. Taiwan has been widely praised for its success in health care and universal coverage of health insurance. Taiwanese experiences can most certainly provide the world a unique perspective to improve health care around the world.
