Undergraduate Program
Freshman & Sophomore Years
Cover all the essential topics in general management and health science over a two-year period. Students also need to complete university requirements for general education purposes.Courses include: Required General Education Courses, Management, Economics, Accounting, Psychology, Informatics, Introduction to Medicine, Human Anatomy & Physiology and Interpersonal Relationship.
Sophomore Year
The second year courses emphasize the basics of health care management covering Public Health, Statistics, Health Care Systems, Cost Accounting, Health Economics and Marketing for Health Care Organizations.
Junior Year
This year is about enhancing students' ability to apply theory to practice.Topics include Health Care Information Management, Human Resource Management in Health Care, Medical Record Management, Materials Management in Health Care, Medical Laws and Regulations, Medical Ethics, Research Methods in Health Care and Health Care Administrative Writing.Students are required to intern one day a week during the second semester.
Senior Year
This year focuses on internship and case studies. Courses cover Case Studies in Health Care Organizations, Financial Management of Health Care Organizations and Quality Assurance and Performance Management in Health Care Organizations. Senior students will engage in full time internship for the first semester.
