Required Document:
- One copy of TMU International Students Application Form (Online)
- One 2-inch passport photo taken within past 2 months
- One copy of applicant's passport
- One copy of Applicant's highest level certificate or equivalent academic attainment and transcripts issued by an educational institution; this must be authenticated by Taiwan overseas representative office.
- Statement of Veracity
- Proof of English proficiency
- Two recommendation letters
- Study Plan
- Autobiography
- Supporting Materials if applicable
- TaiwanICDF Medical Report Form (TaiwanICDF scholarship applicant only)
